BIOGRAPHY Francisco Kuidlan founded a Southern Maryland Business, IET in 2006. As President of the company, he leads its overall strategic direction and fosters its culture of innovation, excellent service and trust. He is actively engaged in the company's growth, operations and relationships with customers, partners and employees. He also serves as a Board Member on the Southern Maryland Workforce Development Board. A United States Marine Corps Veteran, Francisco originally joined the the Calverton Board in 2017 and worked closely with the Executive Committee on Strategic Planning. Francisco is the proud parent of two Calverton School graduates.
