BIOGRAPHY
Desann Manzano-Lee is a dynamic, lifelong educator who has spent her entire career serving diverse groups of students. She is co-founder of Andrew Montgomery, LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on helping organizations improve their culture by valuing people. She is dedicated to helping The Calverton School advance innovation, equity and excellence. She and her husband are the proud parents of Kennedy Faith, Class of '24.
